Crossing Micro E-nail Kit for Dabs

These are the largest banger/ bucket setups commonly available. As such, they require large dabs for effective use, smaller than ~0.1g will provide a sub-par experience.

With a focus on home use, these mains powered beasts feature 25mm and 30mm axial coils with thick walled quartz bangers. Accurate and stable temperature control provides clockwork consistency, customizability, and premiere quality vapour. Quartz provides one of the cleanest and most accurate flavour profiles due to its inert properties, which is further enhanced with accurate temperature control. This setup is among our most popular for large dabs and sessions. 

The e-nail setup consists of a PID controller, a power cable and 25mm axial coil. These are used to heat the included quartz Banger (14mm male joint) with quartz insert to a high level of accuracy. Please note that if used, the quartz insert will settle to around 20F below the temperature set on the controller after a 10 minute preheat, so this should be accounted for. SiC inserts will stabilise around 10-15F below the set temp but heat much faster and retain the heat better during use. 

The temperature range for the PID is 220-990F.

General vaping temperature range is between 320-536F without insert and around 420-580F with Insert. Above this you're entering combustion... which is fine if that's what you're after! 

Heat time for this setup takes around 5 minutes to stabilise, no less when using the quartz insert, the box has an auto shut-off timer set to two hours. This timer can be increased to five hours, decreased to one hour or turned off entirely so your banger is always kept at the desired temperature (instructions below). 

As the temperature is constant this setup is ideal for session use, load it up and repeatedly hit it until the concentrate has been vapourised. Then wipe and repeat as desired.

PID Controller Instructions

• Hold the central button for 5 seconds to turn on or off
• Use the +/- buttons to adjust the temperature
• When switched on, press the central button five times to access auto-off timer
• Adjust with +/- from 0-5. 0 switches the timer off or select 1-5 hours
• Celcius/Fahrenheit adjustment - Hold down + button for 5 seconds while the controller is switched off. Then press the + button again to change between C and F. Press the central button to exit. 

Warranty is only for manufacture defects not misuse or incidental damage. Manufactured by SZ Crossing. Only use compatible parts, do not use with enails from different manufacturers together as they may caused damage to the controller. • Pin 1 is AC live line, pin 2 is AC zero line, pin 3 is temp positive, then 4 is temp negative and pin 5 is ground

Caution: These have an exposed heater coil which gets very hot. Do not touch the coil or quartz banger during use, always allow time for it to cool before handling and never leave it unattended while on. 

Don't apply force when clipping the cotter pin to the bottom of the banger, it doesn't need to go all the way to the end of the clip, just to the central part to hold it in place (shown in last image). If you push it too far the quartz at the base of the banger will snap!
